Tenuta Adamo was born in 2020 from a project focused on investing in the centuries-old tradition of viticulture connected to young people who dedicate themselves to its creative process every day, with particular regard to sustainability.
The company and its lands are in the hills north of Lucca. It overlooks the Freddana valley, an area with a unique terroir characterized by strong temperature variations, good exposure to the sun, and a sufficient quantity of water to ensure that the grapes and olives reach the right ripeness and a good balance between acidity and sweetness, which play an important role in defining the organoleptic characteristics of the wine and extra virgin olive oil of Tenuta Adamo.
